Can I start with one package and move up later?
Yes. Start with the package that fits today and move to a bigger one when you need it.
Can I choose a different package for each buyer?
Yes. Each buyer connection can have its own package. For example, one buyer may need only PunchOut, another PunchOut and purchase orders, and another PunchOut, purchase orders and invoices.
What does every package include?
Every package includes PunchOut Ready® certification before go-live, a connection we set up and manage with you, Analytics & Insights in the Supplier Solutions Portal, and ongoing integration support for the life of the relationship.
Can you support custom requests?
Yes. Custom work is scoped separately from the standard packages. Talk with our team about what you need.
Do you support EDI?
Yes. EDI support is available as custom work, scoped separately from the standard packages. Talk with our team about what you need.
Do I need an eCommerce site to use a package?
PunchOut needs an eCommerce site to connect. If you don't have one, we provide it: PunchOut Storefront is a hosted eCommerce site that we set up for PunchOut and connect to your buyer's procurement system.
What is PunchOut Ready®?
Before a new PunchOut connection goes live, your buyer will test the integration. PunchOut Ready® is our certification that your integration has been set up and verified to pass that test.
