1. Who we are and what this policy covers
Supplier Solutions, Inc. (“Supplier Solutions,” “we,” or “us”) helps B2B suppliers connect to the procurement systems their buyers require. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit suppliersolutions.com, contact us, use the Supplier Solutions Portal, or meet us at an event, and how we use it.
It does not cover order, catalog, and invoice information that passes through our Integration Platform. We process that information on behalf of our customers, under our agreements with them, and our customer decides what information to send. If you have a question about it, please contact that company first.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Forms and conversations: your name, work email, phone number, company, job title, the services you are interested in, your buyer’s procurement system, the platform you sell on, and anything else you tell us when you fill out a form, call, email, or meet with us.
- Events: contact details from your badge, business card, or a lead scan.
- The Portal: your name, work email, and the access level your company assigns you.
Information we collect automatically
Our service providers and we collect technical information such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site you came from, and the date and time, using cookies and similar technologies, including those from Google Analytics and HubSpot.
Information from other sources
- Trade shows and events: when you let us scan your badge, we receive your contact details as a lead. We collect details only from people who let us scan their badge.
- LinkedIn: we may use professional information from public LinkedIn profiles, including through LinkedIn Sales Navigator, to contact people about our services. If you would rather we did not, tell us and we will stop.
- Our customers: when a customer invites its own users to the Portal, we receive their names and work emails.
3. How we use information
We use information to respond to your requests, to set up, run, and support integrations and the Portal, to send service messages and information about our services and events (you can opt out at any time), to understand how people use our site and improve it, to keep our site and services secure, and to meet legal obligations and enforce our agreements.
4. Cookies and similar technologies
We use cookies and similar technologies to make our site work, to understand how visitors find and use it, and to connect form submissions to the pages that led to them.
Essential cookies keep the site working and secure. They include one that remembers your cookie choice, and cookies that WordPress, the software our site runs on, sets only when someone signs in to manage the site. These are always on.
Non-essential cookies come from two services:
- Google Analytics measures how visitors use our site, such as which pages they view and how they arrive. Google uses this information under its own privacy policy. - HubSpot is our CRM and marketing platform. Its tracking cookie links your visits to the forms you submit, so we can respond to you and understand which pages are useful.
When you first visit our site, a cookie banner lets you accept or deny non-essential cookies. They stay off until you choose to allow them. You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page on this website. If you withdraw your consent, we stop using these cookies from the next page you view, and you can delete any already set in your browser settings.
5. How we share information
We share information with service providers that help us run our business, such as our CRM and marketing platform (HubSpot), our analytics provider (Google Analytics), and our website hosting and email providers. We share it with our customers and trading partners as needed to deliver the integrations they ask us to set up and support, and with professional advisers under duties of confidentiality. We may also share it when the law requires it or to protect our rights, our customers, or others, and if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information.
6. How long we keep and protect information
We keep information for as long as we need it for the purposes described above.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards that fit the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in any message, or by contacting us.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to limit how we use it. To make a request, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify your identity first, and we will respond within the time the law requires.
8. Other things to know
Children. Our site and services are for businesses and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
Where we process information. We are based in the United States, and we process information here. If you use our site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
Other sites. Our site may link to other websites, such as those of platform providers and partners. We are not responsible for their privacy practices.
Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the “Last updated” date at the top of this page, and we will tell you on our site if the change is significant.
