The technology that connects buyers and suppliers.
The Supplier Solutions Integration Platform translates and maps data between systems, so every side of a transaction can read it, no matter what's on the other end.
We connect to the procurement systems your buyers use, whatever they are.
Fully managed
We set up and support your connections. Thousands since 2002.
Custom when needed
Need something a standard connection doesn't cover? We'll talk it through.
How it works
Two different systems. One connection that works.
Your buyer's procurement system and your own systems speak different formats. The Platform sits between them and handles the translation.

What the Platform does
Translates every format
Each buyer's system speaks its own language. The Platform converts between them, using standards like cXML and EDI, so both sides understand every transaction.
Maps to your buyer's requirements
Every buyer has its own requirements. We map your data to meet each one, so you can say yes to the next buyer without starting over.
Works with the systems you have
The Platform connects to any commerce platform and any procurement system. No eCommerce site yet? We provide one: PunchOut Storefront.
Handles what standard connectors can't
When a buyer's requirements go beyond an off-the-shelf connector, our integration experts work with you to meet them.
PunchOut Ready®
Before a new PunchOut connection goes live, your buyer will test the integration. PunchOut Ready® is our certification that your integration has been set up and verified to pass that test.
The technology, and the team that manages it
We built the technology that does the heavy lifting. Our team sets up, configures, and supports your integrations for the life of the relationship, so you don't need integration expertise of your own.
See what the Platform is doing for you
The Supplier Solutions Portal is your view into your integrations: performance across your entire eProcurement sales channel, and every new trading partner's progress to go-live.
What is the Supplier Solutions Integration Platform?
It's the technology we use to connect buyers and suppliers. It translates and maps data between a buyer's procurement system and a supplier's own systems, so each side can read every transaction.
Is the Platform the same as the Supplier Solutions Portal?
No. The Platform does the integration work: translating and mapping data. The Portal is the dashboard where you see how your integrations are performing.
Do I need my own eCommerce site to use it?
PunchOut needs an eCommerce site to connect. If you don't have one, we provide it: PunchOut Storefront is a hosted eCommerce site that we set up for PunchOut and connect to your buyer's procurement system.
Do I have to manage the Platform myself?
No. Our team sets up, configures, and supports your integrations on the Platform for the life of the relationship.
Which standards and procurement systems does it support?
Standards such as cXML, OCI, and EDI, across procurement systems including Coupa, SAP Ariba, Oracle, and JAGGAER. If your buyer needs something else, talk to us about your setup.
