Common questions

What is the Supplier Solutions Portal?
It's the dashboard where you see how your buyer connections are performing, including PunchOut, purchase order, and invoice activity.
What is the PunchOut Tester?
The PunchOut Tester is a tool in the Supplier Solutions Portal. Use it to check that your catalog connection works and to see what a user from the buying company sees when they shop your catalog.
Can I see my whole eProcurement channel, not just one buyer?
Yes. The All Accounts view combines your trading partners in one dashboard. You can also switch to a single account for the detail.
Can I track a new trading partner's onboarding?
Yes. The Onboarding page shows every trading partner currently in setup, and where each one is across the four steps: Initial Setup, Credentials, Test Session, and Go Live.
Is the Portal the same as the Supplier Solutions Integration Platform?
No. The Integration Platform is the technology that translates and maps your data for each buyer. The Portal is where you see the results.
Can my team have access?
