Connect your existing eCommerce site to any eProcurement system.
What is PunchOut, and why is your customer asking for it?
Large buyers want their people to order from approved suppliers inside the procurement system they already use.
PunchOut makes that possible: your buyer clicks through to your products, builds a cart, and sends it back as a purchase order, with no separate login and no separate storefront for them to manage. Without a PunchOut connection, orders may reach you by email or other channels and have to be entered by hand.
How a PunchOut session works
Watch a buyer's PunchOut request and cart move between their procurement system, our Platform and your store.
- BuyerBuyer clicks your catalog
From inside their procurement system, such as Coupa or SAP Ariba.
- Supplier SolutionsA PunchOut request is sent
Their system sends a setup request in a standard such as cXML or OCI. We authenticate the buyer and route them to your store.
- Your siteYour site opens in their system
The buyer shops your store, with the products and pricing set by their contract.
- Supplier SolutionsThe buyer returns the cart
We map the cart to the format their system expects and send it back.
- BuyerThe cart arrives for approval
It lands in the buyer's procurement system and follows their approval process.
We connect it directly: Adobe Commerce, BigCommerce, Salesforce Commerce Cloud, and more.

Explore PunchOut Storefront →You don't need a new storefront. We connect your existing eCommerce platform to your buyer's procurement system, and buyers are authenticated into the right store, with the product offering and pricing set by their contract.
Every buyer has its own requirements. We map the data and standards, such as cXML or OCI, so you don't have to learn each one and the cart returns to your customer's procurement system in the format it expects.
Track your PunchOut connections and see what's happening with each buyer in the Supplier Solutions Portal.
PunchOut Ready®
Before a new PunchOut connection goes live, your buyer will test the integration, and a failed test means delays and a frustrated customer. PunchOut Ready® is our certification that your integration has been set up and verified to pass that test.
